Fray Day 8 San Francisco is this Saturday night at the Swedish American Hall. Be there!

This is a photo I took two years ago at Fray Day 6 San Francisco. It was just one errant shot - I was actually just framing before a storyteller took the stage. But it somehow captures something central to Fray: That YOU are the story.

At it's core, Fray is just a stool and a mic and an invitation to come tell the kinds of stories that make us who we are. I hope you'll join us tomorrow and hear the stories, and maybe tell one of your own.

If you're not in San Francisco, check the site for events in your area. And if there are none near you, feel free to tell a story in the comments below. Just like the open mic, make sure it's true, told in the first-person, and under 5 minutes.
